Kanye and Travis Scott telegraphed the fact that Ye would show up for Trav's Orlando show on Wednesday night, but they still managed to surprise fans when West dusted off "Runaway."

Below, get a glimpse of the controversial 46-year-old performing a My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy classic—while wearing a white hockey mask favored by the likes of Jason Voorhees—at the Circus Maximus Tour:

Additional footage shows energetic renditions of The Life of Pablo's "Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1," Graduation's "Can't Tell Me Nothing," and MBDTF's "All of the Lights."

Ty Dolla Sign was on hand to bring "Fade" and "Vultures" to life as well.

Just a few hours before the Florida gig, 32-year-old La Flame let fans on Twitter (allegedly now called X) know that "Orlando tonight is gonna be special." Then he reposted a Kanye-shared image showing Ye walking through an airport with the mask he'd just posted on his Instagram Stories.

Once the 24-time Grammy-winner showed up at soundcheck, the appearance was a lock.

Travis told the Kia Center crowd (per @Kurrco, @Rap301_, and others on X), "I wouldn't be here on this stage without my brother, man. He opened up these doors for me. ... Make some noise for the greatest of all time."

Scott made similar remarks last August when Ye hit the stage during an early Utopia-era concert livestreaming from Italy, telling attendees, "It's been only one human being on this motherfucking planet that has ever walked side-by-side with me, through anything and every motherfucking thing. ... There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West."

Trav and Ye—whose collective six children are cousins via Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner—have teamed as far back as 2012 on projects including Cruel Summer, Owl Pharaoh, Yeezus, and 2023's Utopia, putting out songs like “Praise God,” “Piss on Your Grave,” “Wash Us in the Blood,” and “Champions” along the way.

The first volume of West's three-part Vultures project with Ty Dolla Sign is scheduled to drop Feb. 9.

The Circus Maximus tour, meanwhile, only has one more date on the schedule: Feb. 5 in Louisville, Kentucky at the preposterously named KFC Yum! Center. The epic run of shows supporting Travis' fourth studio LP—up for Best Rap Album at the Grammys this Sunday—kicked off way back on Oct. 11 and has seen "Fe!n" performed approximately 5,000 times.
