This is our first above ground swimming pool and I'm really amazed how HUGE it is. I could easily fit an entire sports team in here comfortably; this thing is going to be a blast this summer and a huge draw for all the kids in the neighborhood, and probably their parents too…it is that big. First let me say how attractive this pool is, the brown rattan print exterior is classy, and matches our wicker furniture, deck boxes, and planters beautifully. The inside surround is white, with a simple, modern blue mosaic patterned bottom that will help me see where to clean easily. Of course everyone is wild about the side windows, fun and a great safety feature to have when kids are involved. I tried to put this together alone but had trouble with the vague directions and sturdy frame pieces, despite not needing tools for assembly. Fortunately there are some great videos on youtube that walk you through it. I advise having at least 2 people, but one needs to be pretty strong, as it was difficult lining up the framework where you closed the circle. It took us about 5 hours total to assemble. There were no directions on how to assemble the ladder included so we did it wrong and had to take it apart and re-assemble it. The ladder doesn't seem all that study, however I called the customer service number and was told the weight limit is 272 lbs so I'm optimistic that it will hold us bigger gals when we get in and out. I'm happy to say that the call center was easy to reach, in Phoenix, AZ, and they instantly emailed me a PDF of the ladder manual, so I'm very impressed with them. Lastly I want to share that I asked them about any potential window leaks that I had heard mention of, and they admitted that the first batch had this issue but the pool I had was a new batch with reinforced windows so no worries. It's still too cold to swim here but we have some inflated rafts floating in there to help the water heat quicker and we are so excited to have this beautiful, sturdy pool.
